VOTUM AG undertakes tax declarations for companies of different legal forms and for individuals. In addition, we consult on all tax matters and represent the interests of our clients during tax audits and negotiations with the tax authorities as well as in and out of court proceedings.

Accounting

VOTUM AG prepares your financial accounting records including the advance turnover tax returns. We prepare your payroll and represent your interests in external payroll audits by the tax office and audits by the social insurance authorities.

Annual financial statements

VOTUM AG undertakes the annual financial statements for companies of different legal forms. This also includes drafting tax balance sheets as well as income/surplus statements. We support you in disclosing/filing the annual financial statements with the Federal Gazette and create and transfer the electronic balance sheet to the tax authorities.
